Uploading Files

Q: I can't get my TIF file to load. What should I do?
A: In part due to the large size, TIF files aren't compatible with this system. You can save a TIF file as a jpg (which is compatible) using Microsoft software. Follow these steps:
  • Pull up your Programs
  • Select Accessories
  • Select Paint
  • Open and select your TIF file
  • Save as a jpg file

A: Files that are large (over 80 MB) should be divided into more than one file. Each can be named the same with Part 1, Part 2, etc. noted right in the title.
